With every country team acting as a shareholder in the Corporate Finance International entity, every member is invested in the success and future of our business. This allows us to pool our deep local knowledge of M&A transactions into the international framework at a much larger scale.

We have no institutional investors, guaranteeing our independence and ability to give our undivided focus to our clients.

We are managed by an international board, consisting of 4 partners elected from across our international teams, and supported by a strong business development team. The board reports to the shareholders on a quarterly basis to ensure that we maintain the quality of our service across geography and sector.
